Each component is checked from the outside every 15 minutes. A failed check is retried once before it counts, so a single blip does not show as an outage. Bars are green for a fully good day, amber when some checks failed, red when most failed, and grey with no data. Hover a bar for that day's uptime.
Our team is alerted the moment a component goes down and again when it recovers. If something is wrong and the page still says operational, email support@relevanceai.io.
