Your edits in the builder are a draft until you publish. Prospects only ever see a published version.
Publish
Click Publish design (or Publish to N live spaces when campaigns already use it). The confirmation shows:
- how many live spaces will update. Each prospect keeps their own values;
- how many live leads need new AI parts, if you added any, with a rough cost on your key;
- a warning if the design has no tracked sections.
Publishing saves the draft as the next version and makes it current. Every live space using this design switches to it within about 30 seconds.
New AI parts on live leads
If the new version adds an AI part, Echo writes it for every live lead in the background, on your key. Until a lead's part is written, the page shows the fallback text.
Tips
- Make several changes, then publish once.
- Check the preview with Slots on before publishing.
