AI is not included in any plan: it runs on your own key.
How limits work
- Tracked spaces counts every lead page in your workspace, including archived campaigns. Delete a campaign or leads to free space.
- Up to 2,000 leads per campaign and 10,000 per tool import, on every plan.
- When a limit is reached, Echo tells you which one and what to do.
Change plan
Admins see the plan in Settings, Workspace, Plan and billing, with buttons to upgrade and Manage billing for invoices, payment method and cancellation.
If a payment fails, your plan stays active while you update your card. If you cancel, the workspace returns to Free at the end of the period.
