Building and review

How Echo writes each lead's personal parts, what it costs, and how to fix the ones that need a look.

After you publish a campaign, Echo writes the AI parts for every lead on your key, a few leads at a time. It keeps going in the background, so you can close the tab; while the tab is open, progress shows as Writing personal pages: X of N ready with the cost so far.

When it finishes you see a summary: All N spaces built, R need review, F failed, with the total AI cost on your key.

Statuses

StatusMeaningWhat to do
ReadyEverything filled.Nothing.
Needs reviewMissing first name or company, or an empty AI part.Open the lead, click Edit, fill it in.
FailedThe AI call failed three times.Click Write again. Check your key and budget.

Every link works from the start, even while building or if a lead needs review. Empty AI parts show the design's fallback text.

Fix leads

The campaign page has a Needs a look panel listing the leads to check. For each one:

  • Edit to correct the name, company, title or the AI-written idea yourself.
  • Write again to clear the AI parts and have them written again.

Costs

The AI writes short parts per lead on a fast, inexpensive model from your default provider. Reading websites first adds a little. You can see every cent in Usage and budgets. If you set a monthly budget with the pause option, batches stop when the budget is reached and continue once you raise it.
