Takeaway
The card at the top sums the lead up in one line (Hot, Warm, Cooling, Booked or Not opened), when to follow up, and a suggested Next step, with the evidence compared to the campaign average. It is rule-based, so it costs nothing and never calls AI.
Live page
Shows the prospect's actual page as they see it. Your own views here are never counted. Under it, bars show the time they spent on each section.
Their link
Under the live page, the lead's personal link on your domain is shown; click it to copy. Until your domain is Live it says No public link yet.
Lead timeline
Every human visit, newest first: opened, returned, opened on another device, new browser detected (a possible forward), reading a section (with how far they scrolled), clicked a link, clicked to book. Each event shows device, browser and country. Email scanner traffic is excluded.
Heat score and forwards
The dial shows the heat score. The Forward signal card says whether the link has travelled to another browser.
Notes
Add follow-up context in Notes and click Save note. Notes are shared with your workspace, one note per lead, and show who saved them last.
Actions
| Button | What it does |

Fix or rewrite a lead
Leads with a missing name, company or AI part are marked Needs review. Click Edit to fill them in and Save. To have the AI write the personal parts again, use Write again on the campaign page. See Building and review.
Delete a lead
In Edit, click Delete lead. Their page stops working and everything Echo tracked for them (visits, reading, notes) is deleted. This cannot be undone. To remove a person from every campaign at once, see Privacy, data and deletion.
