Erase a person
When a prospect asks to be forgotten, an admin goes to Settings, Workspace, Data and privacy, enters their email and clicks Erase person. Echo deletes every lead with that email in every campaign, all their tracking, notes and pending Clay rows. This cannot be undone.

Delete a workspace or account
Email support@relevanceai.io from an admin address. We confirm by email and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner. Backups roll over within 7 days. Export anything you need first.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored encrypted at rest with reputable infrastructure providers. AI keys and tool keys are encrypted again by Echo. API keys are stored only as a one-way fingerprint. Prospect tracking never stores raw IP addresses, and the hashed form is cleared after 90 days. See the privacy policy and terms for the details.
