Shortcuts and tips

Move faster around Echo.

Keys	Does
`Cmd+K` / `Ctrl+K`	Open search: jump to any page, lead, campaign or design.
`Cmd+Z` / `Ctrl+Z`	Undo the last delete or removal (while the Undo toast shows).
`Esc`	Clear the lead selection, close dialogs.
`Shift` + click	Select a range of leads.
`@` in the builder chat	Mention a section, field or AI part.
`/` in these docs	Search the docs.

Tips

Filters on the Leads page live in the address bar. Bookmark your favourite view, or send it to a teammate.
Save leads you want to follow up on; the Saved tab is your personal shortlist.
Turn on Possible forwards in Alerts: a forwarded page often means a second decision maker is reading.
On a phone, Echo works for checking signals on the go. Building designs is best on a desktop.
