Data fields
Data fields are the columns every lead will have, for example first_name, company, title, industry, website. When a design knows its fields, the assistant only personalises with those, and warns you if the page uses a field that does not exist.
Click Set data fields above the preview:
- From a CSV: Echo reads only the header and the first row.
- Paste the header row, for example
first_name, company, title, industry, website. - From a connected tool: uses the fields of one of your lists.
- Use standard fields: name, title, company, email, website.
A rule of thumb: ten personal parts usually means ten columns.
Slot types
| Type | Filled with | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Field | A column from the lead's row | {{first_name}}, {{company}} |
| AI part | Text the AI writes per lead, from an instruction and the lead's columns | A two-sentence idea for their outbound |
| Choice | One option picked per lead by the AI | Which case study to show |
| Fixed | Never changes | Your copy, layout, logo |
Workspace values are available in every design: {{sender}} (your sender name), {{booking_url}} (your booking link), {{logo}}, {{video_url}} (your intro video) and {{brand_color}}.
If an AI part is empty for a lead, the page shows the design's fallback text, so no page ever shows a blank gap.
Fields in campaigns
When you create a campaign, the Fields step maps each design field to a column in your lead group. See Creating a campaign.
