Privacy, in plain words.

Terms, without the maze.

What Echo collects, why, and what you control. Written for GTM engineers, not lawyers.

No enrichment

You bring the table. Echo never buys or sells contact data.

Reading, not surveillance

Section time and clicks on your own spaces. Hashed IPs, no ad cookies.

Your key, encrypted

AES-256 at rest. Used only for the runs you start.

Echo makes links

You send them with your own tools and sequencers.

Your data stays yours

Tables, designs and content remain your property.

No AI markup

AI runs on your key and is billed by your provider.

01

Who we are

Echo is a product built by Relevance. It turns a prospect table into personal sales pages ("spaces") and shows how each one is read. In this policy, "we" means the Echo team, "customer" means the company using Echo, and "prospect" means a person who receives a space link.

02

Two kinds of data

DataWho decidesOur role
Your account: name, work email, workspace settings, billing detailsEchoController
Prospect data you upload, the spaces built from it, and reading activity on those spacesThe customerProcessor, acting on the customer's instructions

Echo does not buy, sell or enrich contact data. Customers bring their own tables and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in them.

03

What a space tracks

When a prospect opens a space and agrees to measurement (see below), Echo records:

  • time spent on each section, scroll depth, and clicks on links and buttons
  • visits and return visits, with a first-party identifier kept in the browser's local storage on the space's domain
  • a new browser on the same space, shown as a possible forward
  • approximate country, browser type and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses
  • when the customer connects Cal.com or Calendly, whether the prospect booked a meeting (matched by email)

Consent on spaces. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland (and when the country cannot be determined) a space asks first and measures nothing, stores nothing and sends nothing until the prospect clicks Allow. Elsewhere a space shows a notice with a one-click opt-out. A browser's Global Privacy Control signal is always treated as an opt-out. The choice is stored in the browser so the question is not repeated.

We filter automated traffic such as email security scanners. Fonts on our pages and on spaces are served from our own domains, so no request goes to Google. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track prospects across other websites.

04

AI keys

Echo runs AI on the customer's own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), used only on our servers to make the requests the customer starts, and never shown again after saving. Content sent to the AI provider is governed by the customer's agreement with that provider.

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Customers can request the current list of subprocessors, and receive notice of changes, by emailing support@relevanceai.io.

06

Retention

Account data is kept while the workspace is active. Prospect data and reading activity are kept until the customer deletes them. Customers can delete a lead, a campaign, or every lead with a given email from the app at any time. When a workspace is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days, including files and stored keys. Hashed IP addresses are kept for at most 90 days. Backups roll over within 7 days.

Workspaces and accounts are deleted by Echo support on request: an admin emails support@relevanceai.io and we confirm by email before deleting.

07

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Prospects should contact the company that sent them the link, which controls their data; that company can erase a prospect from Echo in one step, and we will help it respond. Prospects can also refuse or withdraw measurement on any space at any time. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

01

The service

Echo lets you design a page with AI, fill it from a prospect table, publish one personal space per prospect, and see how each space is read. Echo produces links. You send them, using your own email tools and sequencers.

02

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including what your teammates do. Workspace admins manage members, roles, keys and billing. To delete a workspace or an account, an admin emails support@relevanceai.io; we confirm before deleting and erase the data within 30 days.

03

Your data

You keep all rights to the tables, designs, files and content you put into Echo. You give us permission to host and process them only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use the prospect data you upload and to contact the people in it under the laws that apply to you, that you tell prospects how their data is used, and that you honour their requests, including erasure. For prospect data we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.

04

Acceptable use

  • No spam, deceptive pages, phishing, or pages that impersonate another company or person.
  • No unlawful content, malware, or attempts to break or overload the service.
  • No use of Echo to collect data about prospects beyond what the service tracks.

We may suspend spaces or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.

05

Your AI key

AI features run on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Usage is billed to you by that provider under your agreement with them. Echo adds no markup and shows an estimated cost before a batch runs, but the provider's bill is final.

06

Plans and billing

Plans (Free, Pro, Scale) differ in seats, tracked spaces, live campaigns, integrations and upload limits, as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free and keeps its data. Prices exclude taxes where applicable. When a limit is reached, Echo asks you to upgrade before publishing more; it never deletes your data because of a plan change.

07

Liability

Echo is provided as is during the prototype. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

08

Changes and contact

We will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Questions: support@relevanceai.io.
