Campaigns

Creating a campaign

Four steps from a design and a lead group to one personal page per prospect.

Go to Campaigns and click New campaign, or click Use in campaign on a lead group.

1. Setup

Name the campaign (for example RevOps leaders / Q4) and pick a design. Each design card shows its version and how many live spaces use it. Names must be unique in your workspace.

Step 1: name the campaign and pick a design.

2. Prospects

Choose a lead group from the list. Need new leads? Click Import leads right here; the new group is selected when the import finishes. Use a sample table lets you try Echo with 8 sample rows.

Step 2: choose the lead group this campaign is for.

3. Fields

Map your columns: each field on the page reads from one column of your group. Echo guesses the mapping; check it, and set fields you do not use to Not used. First name and Company are required.

Step 3: map columns and set the AI instruction.

AI slot: custom idea. If your design has an AI-written idea, the Instruction tells the AI what to write for each lead. Use {{column}} to bring in their data, for example:

In 2 sentences, propose one specific outbound play for {{company}} based on
their industry ({{industry}}) and the role of {{first_name}}. Concrete, no hype.

Read each prospect's website first makes the AI read the company's public site (from the website column or the email domain) before writing. It gives sharper ideas and costs a little more.

The cost box shows Leads, Per lead and Estimated total. Nothing runs and nothing is charged until you publish.

4. Review

See the first three pages exactly as prospects will, marked Ready or Needs review. When you are happy, click Publish N spaces.

Step 4: check the previews, then publish.
